Mobility: Hands-on training for students from IES Virgen de las Nieves

From 3 April to 17 June , seven students from IES Virgen de las Nieves in Spain took part in a mobility programme. The programme provided practical experience in a variety of sectors.

Students specialising in electromechanical vehicle technology worked on cars, motorbikes, buses and lorries. They diagnose mechanical problems, carry out repairs and maintain vehicles. This experience has enabled them to apply their technical knowledge to real-life scenarios, improving their diagnostic and repair skills.

The telecommunications systems technicians were placed at Elettrica AP. They gained experience in setting up communications networks, ensuring system efficiency and solving technical problems. This position has enabled them to improve their technical skills and understanding of telecommunications infrastructure.

People specialising in mechanical processing worked at Promass. They were involved in the operation and maintenance of the machines used in the manufacturing processes.  Students gained an in-depth knowledge of mechanical operations and precision in manufacturing.

Bazzica welcomed students specialising in electromechanical machinery. They took part in the installation, maintenance and repair of various electromechanical machines. This involved working with complex machines, understanding electronic controls and carrying out technical repairs. Their practical experience in this field strengthened their ability to manage and maintain sophisticated equipment.

The mobility gave these seven students from IES Virgen de las Nieves the opportunity to  improve their technical skills in their respective fields and gained valuable experience in real working environments.
