From October 21st to October 25th, representatives from ANCCP (organisation for adult education) in Spain took part in a job shadowing experience. This visit was designed to enhance professional development and provide valuable insights into educational practices, mobility programs and project management.
During this visit, the ANCCP team engaged in the following activities:
- Tuesday: Focus on mobility, exploring the latest strategies and practices in organising international exchanges.
- Wednesday: A session on “Game On” project management, learning new techniques for managing educational projects.
- Thursday: Visits to local schools to observe teaching methods and learn about the Italian education system.
This job shadowing experience provided essential knowledge to improve future initiatives and foster stronger international collaborations. The insights gained will help enhance educational mobility programs and promote best practices in project management.
