Hosting: Mobility of 6 Hungarian students from Budapest

From 20 September to 11 October, six students from META – Don Bosco Technikum és Szakgimnázium in Budapest, Hungary, participated in an internship programme in Italy. Specialising in administration, the students had the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience in a professional setting, enhancing their skills and preparing for future careers in the field.

All six students were placed at EGInA, where they were assigned various tasks related to accounting and invoice management. They focused on activities such as classifying and organising invoices, handling financial documentation and supporting overall administrative functions. Through these responsibilities, the students were able to apply what they had learned in their studies, gaining deeper insights into real-world financial and organisational processes.

In addition to the technical skills they developed, the students also had the opportunity to improve their communication and teamwork abilities, as they worked closely with the staff at EGInA. This exposure to an international work environment allowed them to understand the dynamics of a different workplace culture and adapt to new challenges.

This experience proved to be much more than just a professional development opportunity. It gave the students a unique chance to experience life in Italy, broadening their cultural horizons. They interacted with new people, embraced different perspectives, and gained confidence in both their personal and professional lives. The internship helped them grow as individuals and prepared them for future challenges in the global job market.
