From 24 March to 22 April, seven students from Slovenia’s College of Gastronomy and Tourism (Grega) got the opportunity to immerse themselves in Italian culture for a month. As part of an exciting culinary adventure, six participants from “BS 03 | Berufliche Schule Hotellerie, Gastronomie und Lebensmittelhandwerk” in Hamburg, Germany, travelled to Foligno, Italy, for an immersive exploration of Italian gastronomy and culture.
