As part of an exciting culinary adventure, six participants from “BS 03 | Berufliche Schule Hotellerie, Gastronomie und Lebensmittelhandwerk” in Hamburg, Germany, travelled to Foligno, Italy, for an immersive exploration of Italian gastronomy and culture. In an increasingly dynamic working environment, international experience is priceless for students in vocational education and training (VET).
