From January 12th to February 7th, four students from Riga School of Design and Art (RDMV) embarked on an exciting journey from Riga, Latvia, to Foligno, Italy, in pursuit of a new professional experience.
Graphic design student, Valters, was working at Python srl, where he developed engaging and visually appealing layouts for board games, contributing fresh ideas and designs that enhanced the gaming experience.
Meanwhile, fellow graphic design student ,Annija, brought her creativity to a company named Plasmedia. Annija worked on a variety of projects, including designing logos, layouts and creating versatile graphic elements for flyers, websites and other marketing materials.
Two students specializing in product design, Karlina and Dฤrta, engaged in hands-on work with advanced modeling software, transforming concepts into detailed, three-dimensional creations. Their projects not only strengthened their technical skills but also allowed them to explore the exciting possibilities of modern product design.
These four enriching weeks weren’t just about improving their skills, it was also a chance to explore Italyโs rich culture, history and beautiful landscapes through various cultural visits and memorable experiences across the country.
