From April 3th to May 6th, students from various Italian schools (ITG Della Porta, ISIS Casanova, IIS Penna, Liceo Turrisi, IO La Porta, and Liceo Frezzi) had the opportunity to undertake a professional internship in Letterkenny, Ireland, through the ENNE VET Accreditation.
The students joined local companies across various sectors, including administration, communication, childcare, architectural design, hospitality, and catering.The tasks assigned
were diverse:
- Administration and communication: back and front office tasks, creative writing and text editing in a foreign language, and translation.
- Childcare: supervising and caring for children.
- Architectural design: building conception and work on 2D and 3D plans.
- Hospitality and catering: roles in guest services and food service.
This mobility was made possible thanks to the collaboration with North West Academy, a local organization providing intermediary and support services.
This month in Ireland not only allowed participants to develop professional skills but also to strengthen their English proficiency and discover a new culture. A formative and unforgettable experience!
