EGInA is hosting a group of Spanish Adult Educators working in the field of social (ASPRONA). Participants are attending the Erasmus+ KA1 Structured Training Course “Personal and professional empowerment in Social Farming“ aimed at co-planning, implementing and assessing work-based learning experiences in Social Farming.
Participants had the opportunity to learn about the PROFARM methodologfy (the Case Manager, the Memorandum of Understanding and the Toolkit for the career guidance of young people with disabilities. Participants also participated in technical visits to some local social farms.
